Pug-Fast Production (1–3 Business Days) Every mug is now hand-pressed right here in our studio! Because we’ve brought production in-house, we can get your custom design "show-ring" ready and out the door in just 1 to 3 business days. No dusty shelves here—just fresh ink and high-quality ceramic.

On the Trail (3–5 Business Days) Once your mug leaves our kennel, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We’ll send you a tracking number the moment it ships so you can watch your pug’s journey every step of the way.

Total Wait Time Most customers are unboxing their new favorite mug within 4 to 5 business days of placing their order.
